On the other hand, you can just purchase prepaid cell phones and not have to worry about anyone looking at or touching your credit score.  The fact is that prepaid cell phone carriers have no care for what your credit is like.  If you want to use the phone, you have to pay for the service.  Since you pay before you get to use these minutes, there is no risk for the cell phone provider.  That means that you stay in control of your usage of your phone, the amount that you pay per month on it as well as your credit score.

But, one thing to remember is that today’s prepaid cell phone is not just for those that do not have good credit.  These are great tools to have no matter who you are and what you are doing.  The fact of the matter is that these cell phones allow you to get the service that you need and that you want without having to worry about all of the problems that the standard cell phones have.
